  • Administrative Procedure Act — see 5 U.S.C. § 500 et seq. (administrative procedure) and 5 U.S.C. § 701 et seq. (judicial review) ... The provisions of former Chapters 5 and 7 of Title 5 were originally enacted by the act of June 11, 1946, ch. 423, 60 Stat. 237, popularly known as the Administrative Procedure Act. That act was repealed as part of the general revision of Title 5 by Pub. L.
